The script OneFile is a Eamil Systems script (professional webmail system).
OneFile is a small and reliable e-mail program (pop3/imap4) and simply does everything you expect from a decent mailprogram, including sedning and receiving attachments.
Hosting providers often use OneFile cause its not hard to install -only upload one file-, works with all browsers, and there is no database needed cause there is no online storage (so, currently no addressbook as well).
